Privacy notice
What this site measures, and what it does not.
Plain language, because a privacy notice nobody reads protects nobody. This page covers this website. It is not the privacy notice for the Thriverence platform itself.

What is measured
Two things run on this site, and both are ours:
- Visit analytics. Pages viewed and the order they are viewed in. Approximate location derived from your network address, no more precise than a city. Browser, operating system, device type and screen size. The link that referred you.
- Session recording. A replay of on-page interaction: scrolling, pointer movement, clicks, and any errors the page throws in your browser. It runs for every visitor, which is a deliberate choice and the reason this page exists.
What is not
No name, no email address, no phone number, no payment details, no account data. This site has no accounts and no forms, so there is nothing here for you to type and nothing of yours to store. The only way to contact us is an email link, which opens in your own mail client and tells this site nothing.
Anything typed into a page is masked in the browser before the recording leaves your device, and email addresses and numbers appearing on screen are obscured in the same way. What you do on other sites is not visible to this one.
No health data is collected here. This is a marketing website. It holds no genome, no laboratory result, no wearable data and no clinical record. The platform we describe handles that category of data under a separate, consent-based agreement between the individual, their employer and Thriverence, and an employer never receives an identifiable individual result.
Cookies
None are set for measurement. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to on that front.
Where it goes
To our own servers, hosted in Cape Town, South Africa. The analytics and the session recording both run on software we host ourselves; nothing is sold, nothing is shared with advertising networks, and nothing is sent to a third-party analytics platform. Keeping this data in South Africa is a deliberate POPIA decision, because a session recording is personal information.
Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, the session recording does not run. Most browsers expose this in their privacy settings. Turning it on is the simplest way to opt out, and it takes effect immediately with no request to us.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to hi@thriverence.com and it will be deleted. Because this site stores no name or email address, tell us roughly when you visited so the right session can be found.
Changes
If what this site measures changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. There is no version of this notice that is quietly different from what the site actually does.
